For all 10x technologies, single cell or single nuclei suspensions are preferred. Please schedule a consultation request through iLab if you require assistance with a tissue dissociation protocol. 

For spatial genomics and proteomics, we accept frozen or FFPE tissue and offer in-house sectioning and mounting. To maximize the return on your experiment, it is imperative that sample quality and integrity be evaluated by a pathology core or field expert.
