Deep exploration of cell functional states, differentiation, complex interactions, or marker discovery are made possible through deep sequencing of mRNA at the single cell level. We use the 10x Chromium Connect system to automate library construction of up to 8 samples simultaneously. We can reliably and reproducibly generate expression profiles for up 10,000 cells/sample. There is also an option for immune profiling, which includes whole transcriptome and specific capture of V(D)J transcripts.

State of the art spatial biology is available with the Akoya Codex system. CODEX provides full spatial context and quantitative measurement of 40+ analytes from a single tissue slide. Single cell resolution is easily achieved with subcellular resolution possible. Application to clinical or discovery science is practical with validated performance on fresh frozen or FFPE tissue. Antibodies are available for mouse or human tissue. Furthermore, the assays are non-destructive, so tissue can be used for other downstream analysis or staining. Unlock the mysteries of biology at the cellular level with our advanced NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler technology. Given fresh frozen or FFPE tissue, the unique technology of GeoMx allows simultaneous, quantitative measurement of RNA and protein targets. The morphological context of the tissue can be resolved with customizable histology. The GeoMx assay is conducted by region of interest (ROI). Introducing MERSCOPE - our cutting-edge technology for single cell research. MERSCOPE uses MERFISH technology to directly map and quantify the spatial distribution of hundreds to thousands of RNA species in individual cells, without the need for downstream sequencing. A complimentary approach to transcriptional investigation of cell complexity is through the regulome. The unique chemistry of ATAC-seq to measure accessible chromatin sites can be applied to single cells. These experiments identify expressed genes as well as regulatory elements. Barcoding of nuclei suspensions is achieved through the Chromium Controller with Next GEM technology. Libraries are manually prepared. Automated library preparation with the Connect system will be available in the near future.
