For all core technologies fresh frozen tissue is preferred. For spatial genomics and proteomics, we offer in-house sectioning and mounting. For 10x applications, we can perform tissue dissociation and preparation of single cell or nuclei suspensions.
The quality and viability of single cell/nuclei suspensions is evaluated microscopically.
The integrity of sequencing libraries is evaluated on an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. (Prior to production run a trial lane will be analyzed.)
